The WHO and PMNCH Knowledge Summary on Operationalizing Human Rights in Efforts to Improve Health now available.

The Knowledge Summary was prepared by PMNCH and WHO, and in close collaboration with a range of external partners and experts, including UNFPA, UN Women, OHCHR, the FXB Centre at Harvard University, University of Southern California, FLACSO/Argentina, World Vision International and Save the Children.

It serves as a user-friendly introduction to the value of integrating human rights standards in efforts to improve women’s and children’s health through practical examples, and provides an entry point for further exploration on ways to apply human rights in policy making and in health care delivery by introducing and directing the reader to available guidance and tools.
