Aigul Kasymova

Aigul Kasymova joined ICM in 2023. As Donor Compliance and Grant Management Lead, Aigul is responsible for overseeing all stages of the award management process and in carrying out due diligence and sub-awards to ICM partners.

Prior to joining ICM, Aigul worked for over 13 years in international development with focus on grant management cycle, program design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, research, and resource mobilisation. She has previously worked in Afghanistan, Georgia, Italy, Kosovo and Kyrgyzstan.

Aigul holds a MSc from the University of Edinburgh, BA from the American University of Central Asia and was a Hansard Scholar at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
