Calling all midwifery educators, regulators, and stakeholders!
We are excited to announce the Midwifery Educator Knowledge Exchange, a series of webinars designed for midwifery educators, regulators, and key stakeholders. Hosted by partners from the Alliance to Improve Midwifery Education (AIME), this series aims to facilitate cross-country learning and exchange of best practices in strengthening midwifery education.
Each webinar will focus on one of the seven steps outlined in the World Health Organization’s Framework for Action – 7 Step plan to strengthen midwifery education. The webinars will provide valuable insights, effective tools, and new information on midwifery education from around the world. Here’s what you can expect:- Opportunities to foster collaborative networks
- Promotion of research and evidence-based practice
- Support for continuous professional development
- Emphasis on leadership and advocacy
The webinars will feature guest speakers and expert panels who will share their insights on each specific step of the action plan. These one-hour live sessions will be held every second Tuesday, starting on July 18th 2023.
