Disseminating Key Learning from the ICM Lisbon Congress: Strengthening Midwifery Through Collaboration

Hosted by the National Midwives Association of Uganda, this webinar brings together Ugandan delegates who participated in the ICM Congress in Lisbon to share key learnings, global trends, and best practices in midwifery.

The session will explore how insights from the Congress can be translated into action in Uganda, with discussions on midwifery education, regulation, professional practice, and leadership. It will also provide a platform for national stakeholders to exchange perspectives, identify priority actions, and strengthen collaboration to advance midwifery and improve maternal and newborn health outcomes in Uganda.
