Helen Kirkpatrick

Helen Kirkpatrick joined ICM in 2021. As Head of Organisational Projects, Helen is responsible for ensuring that ICM has robust governance and HR operations and for designing and implementing organisational change projects to improve processes and structure. She is part of the ICM Leadership Team.

With a background in management consultancy, marketing, and corporate development, she has experience in planning and executing strategic projects and managing operations. Helen holds a degree in Management Studies with French from the University of Nottingham.

Having had first-hand experience of exceptional midwifery care, Helen is passionate about ICM’s vision for a world where every childbearing woman has access to a midwife’s care and understands the lifesaving impact of fully investing in midwives.
