Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, Chief Midwife & President

Fernanda joined ICM in 2024. As Executive Assistant, Fernanda is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Executive, Chief Midwife and President.

Prior to joining ICM, Fernanda worked in the private and public sector in Ecuador, focusing in trade and health policy. Additionally, Fernanda has experience in developing projects with children in rural areas. She is passionate about promoting sustainable development and social justice through evidence-based policy-making.

Fernanda holds a Bachelor in Political Science and International Relations and a Master’s degree in Development Studies.
