ICM Young Midwife Leader defends midwifery care services in Uganda amidst COVID-19

Young Midwife Leader and Midwife Educator, Samson Udho works as the Clinical Supervisor of Midwifery at a hospital in Uganda. As a result of COVID-19 and the government’s efforts to curb the impact of the pandemic, Samson and his team were asked to convert their maternity ward into a quarantine treatment centre.
