WHO Webinar – International Day of the Midwife

Each year, WHO’s Department of Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health and Ageing (MCA) commemorates the International Day of the Midwife by spotlighting the vital contributions of midwives to health systems. This year, under the global theme “Midwives: Critical in Every Crisis”, WHO will host a webinar on May 5th, 2025, highlighting midwifery models of care in conflict-affected areas.
