Kate Harbour

Financial Controller

Kate Harbour joined ICM in 2024. As Financial Controller, Kate is responsible for overseeing ICM’s financial management, including the development and management of budgets, the preparation of management accounts, and the annual financial statements.

Prior to joining ICM in this role, Kate worked as a Project Finance Consultant for the organisation, supporting financial management across key projects, including those funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and UNFPA. She began her international career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor before moving to Unilever, where she worked as a Finance Manager and held several international roles in the United Arab Emirates, the Dominican Republic, and Trinidad and Tobago. Kate has also worked as a Finance Manager in a junior school and has held a number of voluntary Treasurer positions.

Kate was raised in Scotland and has spent the past 18 years living in the Middle East, the United States, and the Netherlands. She is married with two children and enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly walking her Dutch Stabyhoun, Winnie.
