Calling Student Midwives Studying in Europe
The Regional Professional Committee (RPC) for the Europe Region are seeking interest from student midwives in the region to develop a Student Midwife Forum that offers a platform for them to present their voice through engaging in international discourse. This Forum would offer student midwives the opportunity to build peer networks within the global midwifery community and contribute to the ICM’s vision, mission and strategic direction in strengthening midwifery across the world. The RPC have drafted Terms of Reference and in the first instance would be seeking a group of students to explore how these can be implemented across the region.
If you are a student midwife studying in Europe and wish to be involved in this exciting initiative, please first of all check out your country is in the region by reviewing the WHO regional link.
Then send your Expression of Interest along with a 100 word biography and support from your university / place of study to [email protected] by 10 May 2026.
Please ensure these details are written in ENGLISH.
The RPC-Europe looks forward to hearing from you and thank you for your interest.
