Engaging in Updates on the EU Directive on Professional Qualifications for Midwives

The International Confederation of Midwives is organising a webinar on the update of the EU Directive on Professional Qualifications. The goal of the webinar is to prepare midwives and midwifery stakeholders to participate in the current update process, as well as future updates, by introducing them to the steps in the process and giving insights on how to meaningfully engage at the national and EU level. This EU Directive is crucial to our profession, as it sets the minimum standards for education and scope of practice, and it is thus important for us to make our voices heard. Registration is mandatory by 30 June 2025.
