To strengthen Midwives Associations and to advance the profession of midwifery globally by promoting autonomous midwives as the most appropriate caregivers for childbearing women and in keeping birth normal, in order to enhance the reproductive health of women, and the health of their newborn and their families.

Overview

ICM is seeking to appoint an independent external investigator to conduct an investigation. The independent investigator will investigate allegations received in accordance with ICM’s policy and procedures.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • An advanced degree in accounting, finance, law, or a related field.
  • Designation as a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified in Financial Forensics and/or Certified Forensic Accountant is an advantage.
  • A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience working in administrative/internal fraud investigation and experience working with INGOs and NGOs
  • Experience in conducting investigations remotely and in different cultural settings is an asset.

This is a home-based position with possible travel.
