Rebuilding after the Great East Japan Earthquake

In 2011, Japan was rocked by the Great East Japan Earthquake, which killed over 19,000 people, displaced 470,000 and caused massive damage to national infrastructure. In the aftermath, the Japanese Nurses Association (JNA) mobilised efforts to assist reconstruction and establish a taskforce for disaster response. Seven years later, JNA has released its report on this valuable initiative. Read more here
